How to Buy Tickets

Credit card payment available for advance ticket purchases (visa, mastercard).

For online ticket purchases, a $0.50 service charge per ticket and for telephone ticket orders, a $1.00 service charge per ticket will apply.

All events listed as FREE still require a ticket.  Free programmes can be booked in advance in-person only at any TJFF box office or at the door.  (subject to availability, one ticket per person / per free event)

Passes

With a pass you must still obtain a ticket for each screening. Passes can be redeemed beginning online on May 7, 2020. Pass tickets may be selected online or at any TJFF Box Office. Note: Passholders join ticketholder line for entry into theatre.

Festival Box Offices

Venue box offices open 1 hour before the first screening of the day and close 30 minutes after the start of the last screening of the day.
