Description
Ari Negal, known to some as "the Sperminator,” has fathered well over 100 children through his work as an unregulated, pro-bono sperm donor in his effort to help women across the globe who are struggling to conceive. We follow Ari from public restroom exchanges to television interviews as his unique vocation begins to attract the spotlight.
