NEW ISRAELI CINEMA: SHORT FILM PROGRAMME

This collection of new short films produced at some of Israel’s film schools allows us to discover emerging artistic voices reflecting various aspects of Israeli society. In this programme of short comedy, drama, documentary and animation, we meet a family on the economic fringes of society, a teacher inspiring students in Ramallah, a mild-mannered professor about to have an embarrassing confrontation, two female soldiers who get lost in the desert, and a young filmmaker returning to his childhood home.
