Description

Directed by the Paz brothers (JeruZalem, The Golem), this intense thriller brings to life the little-known story of a group of Holocaust survivors intent on revenge. Based on Israeli historian Dina Porat’s book Vengeance and Retribution are Mine, Plan A charts the rise of Nakam, a group led by poet-activist Abba Kovner, who plan to kill six million Germans, one for every Jew murdered by the Germans. Ishai Golan (Hatufim) is utterly convincing as Kovner, and joined by an equally compelling supporting cast including Michael Aloni (Shtisel), Syliva Hoeks (Bladerunner 2049) and August Diehl (Hidden Life).
