Winner of five Israeli Academy Awards, this poignant drama stars Neta Riskin (Shtisel) in her most magnetic performance yet. Marina, an Israeli lawyer who escaped her suffocating Georgian upbringing years ago, is drawn back to her remote mountain village to represent Nino—a woman seeking to reclaim the son she left behind more than a decade earlier. When she encounters hostility from Nino’s brother who has been caring for the boy, Marina must confront her own buried past. What begins as a tense standoff evolves into a hauntingly intimate journey—one bristling with unspoken desire, cultural divides, and the fragile hope of forgiveness.
